Delivery Area

Iler Meadows delivers near and far for your event! We are located in the San Gabriel Valley. However, we travel from San Diego to Ventura County. There are delivery fees per county. We also travel out of state for couples (Delivery fees are higher based on travel distance of event).

 

Iler Meadows also delivers in the San Gabriel Valley for individual Floral deliveries. We offer once a month floral delivery and pick ups. We also offer seasonal arrangements. Watch our social media for sales, surprises, and holiday specials!

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your event, we require 30 days notice. Any cancellation after this time will result in a 50% charge of the original contract amount. If there are extenuating circumstances please advise us.

Customer Commitment

Iler Meadows is committed to bringing your unique floral vision to life!

We agree to provide all the flowers and arrangements delivered at the agreed upon time to the agreed upon destination. The flowers and colors will be of the types specified in the proposal sheet.

If a substitution is needed, The client will have an opportunity to collaborate with us in the event there is an unforeseen circumstance with florals. We will have a chance  to discuss if there needs to be any changes, with an alternative floral or botanical that matches the client's vision. 

Privacy

We love to shower our customers with florals and walk the journey of your event! However we do respect client privacy. Please let us know if you do not want to be featured in our Galleries or on our social media after we design your event for you.

Wedding Florals Policy and FAQs

Do you offer consultations?

We provide 2 complimentary zoom consultations. If additional consults are requested, each one is a $50 charge. 

Do you provide mock displays?

Yes, however we will charge the same amount as an actual arrangement due to the increasing price in floral costs.

Is there a deposit?

In order to secure services and reserve your date a non refundable $250.00 is required and considered your compliance with this contract.

Can I make changes to my floral vision?

Yes, you have up to one month prior to the event to make changes due to your floral vision. 

When do I pay my amount?

90 days prior to the event, 50% of the estimate less the deposit will be due. The balance is due prior to or upon delivery.
